I’m Michelle Zyla, a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with over 30 years of experience. I help patients of all ages and backgrounds with issues including depression, anxiety, attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), and bipolar disorder. My work in several different care settings has given me an unmatched skill set in understanding medical systems and providing mental health care. I use a personalized approach with clients, focusing on goals for a happier life and a brighter future.

I received my Master of Science degree in Nursing from Maryville University. I employ therapeutic and evidence-based treatments in my practice, including psychotherapy and medication management. I evaluate all aspects of life when assessing a client’s needs and work to establish physical, emotional, and psychological well-being.
