I specialize in helping patients find a comfortable balance in their lives to understand and actively participate in managing their mental health. I am a firm believer that mind and body health must be in balance for overall well being. I discuss with people what bothers them rather than formal diagnoses. I like to know what you're thinking and together we move forward with a plan.
I enjoy working with all populations. I am dually Board Certified in psychiatry and family medicine. Some groups I specialize in are veterans, geriatrics and adults. I practice using patient centered techniques, realistic expectations, patient collaboration and holistic parameters that link physical and mental health. I am looking forward to meeting you!
