I am a dual board certified Psychiatric Mental Health Practitioner. I diagnose/treat conditions such as Depression, Bipolar, OCD, Anxiety, ADHD, PTSD, and chronic mental health complaints such as insomnia, & attention issues. I diagnose ADHD/ADD using neuropsychiatric assessment tools to minimize over-diagnosis and over-prescribing of medications. I offer medication management, and specialize in evidence-based Integrative Psychiatry and Wellness Medicine. I specialize in deprescribing (getting patients off medication) when patients may not just want prescriptions, but I believe medication is appropriate in certain cases

For patient safety reasons, I can not treat any one that has current or recent suicide attempts/ideation (within a year). Please dial 988 if you are experiencing suicidal thoughts. Some integrative services, such as hormones and supplements, are not covered by insurance. Please feel free to reach out if you have any questions regarding insurance coverage.

The initial visit will include the determination of diagnosis and of treatment goals with options for a traditional protocol or for an integrative plan of care.
