Hello! My name is Michelle Thomas. At my office, Revitalize Integrative Psychiatry, I offer compassionate, comprehensive psychiatric care to individuals in Trinity, New Port Richey, Port Richey, Odessa, Hudson, and surrounding Pasco County areas. I understand that each person’s mental health journey is unique, which is why I offer both traditional medication management and evidence-based integrative psychiatry to create treatment plans tailored for you. I diagnose and treat a wide range of conditions, including depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, PTSD, OCD, insomnia, ADD/ADHD, and other mental health concerns.

For ADHD, I use FDA-approved neuropsychiatric testing tools to ensure accurate diagnoses and avoid over-diagnosis or unnecessary prescribing. I am specialty certified as an ADHD-CCSP provider, meaning I am uniquely qualified to diagnose and treat ADHD solely, or in addition to symptoms of Anxiety, Depression, OCD, bi-polar disorder, PTSD, and more.

In addition to prescribing when appropriate, I also specialize in deprescribing strategies, helping patients reduce or discontinue medications when it is safe and clinically appropriate. This integrative approach considers the whole person, including hormone health, nutrition, sleep, lifestyle factors, and supplementation, to address root causes.
