Hello! My name is Michelle Thomas, and I am the founder of Revitalize Integrative Psychiatry. As an ADHD-Certified Clinical Services Provider (ADHD-CCSP), I’m uniquely trained to differentiate adult ADHD from overlapping conditions including anxiety, depression, PTSD, OCD, and bipolar disorder. My goal is to help you gain a clear understanding of your symptoms and develop a treatment plan that supports your success in daily life. I specialize in adult ADHD testing and treatment, helping individuals better understand their focus, motivation, and executive functioning challenges.

I use a multi-method ADHD assessment process that combines structured clinical interviews, validated behavioral measures, and professional insight to ensure accurate, individualized diagnoses. This helps clarify whether attention and concentration challenges are related to ADHD or other factors such as anxiety, depression, or stress.

In addition to ADHD, I treat depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, OCD, and more, using a holistic, integrative psychiatry approach that considers hormone health, nutrition, sleep, and lifestyle factors alongside evidence-based medication management. I also specialize in deprescribing strategies, helping patients safely reduce or discontinue medication.
