I work with adults and young adults who are feeling overwhelmed, anxious, stressed, or simply struggling to keep up with the demands of everyday life. Many of my patients come to me seeking support for anxiety, ADHD, depression, or challenges with focus, organization, motivation, and managing daily responsibilities. My goal is to create a supportive, collaborative environment where patients feel heard and understood. Together, we develop personalized treatment plans that focus on reducing symptoms, improving day-to-day functioning, and helping patients build confidence, balance, and a greater sense of control in their lives.

I offer both in-person appointments in Lisle and telehealth visits across Illinois, making it easier to get started and stay on track. Within our practice, we can also coordinate more advanced treatments when appropriate, including Spravato, IV ketamine therapy, and medication-assisted treatment for addiction.

Starting psychiatric care can feel overwhelming, especially if you’re not sure what to expect or have tried treatment before without the results you hoped for.
