I enjoy working with teens and adults from all sorts of backgrounds with a wide variety of mental health struggles. I am particularly passionate about welcoming people who may fear judgement or marginalization from medical providers. Because I endeavor to really get to know my clients, all of my follow up appointments are allotted up to 30 minutes, whereas 15 minute follow ups are an industry norm.
I provide medical management for a variety of mental health challenges for teens and adults. Mental illnesses such as depression, ADHD, bipolar disorder, PTSD, OCD, and anxiety disorders are complex and often best managed with a combination of psychotherapy, medications, and lifestyle changes.
I am honored to partner with my clients to explore mental health symptoms and find solutions. I always strive to pair my knowledge and expertise with your deep knowledge about yourself and your life experiences. I would describe my practice style as connectional and collaborative.
