I work with adults struggling with anxiety, depression, OCD, mood disorders, ADHD symptoms, overwhelm, and emotional dysregulation using a thoughtful, integrative approach to mental health care. Please note that I do not prescribe stimulant medications for ADHD such as Adderall, Vyvanse, Ritalin, or Concerta, but I do offer non-stimulant medication options and integrative strategies to support focus, regulation, energy, and overall wellbeing.

As a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, I blend traditional psychiatric treatment with nutrition, lifestyle support, nervous system regulation, and a deeper exploration of the factors that may be contributing to your symptoms.
