I am a dedicated, board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) with a Doctorate in Nursing Practice and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Florida. I have experience working in both inpatient and outpatient mental health setting, college behavioral health, and correctional medicine. My style is holistic, collaborative, and client-centered
I serve a variety of clients with a focus on BIPOC and LGBTQIA+ individuals, as I identify as a queer Latine woman of color myself and know firsthand how crucial informed mental healthcare is for populations that may feel overlooked or underserved. I am able to provide my services to Spanish-speaking individuals, as well.
I am trauma-informed, neurodivergent-affirming, and accepting of all relationship styles. I help clients aged 18-64 with mental health issues such as depression, anxiety, mood disorders, ADHD, PTSD, OCD, sleep issues, and more. I am also certified in Perinatal Mental Health (PMH-C) through Postpartum Support International (PSI).
