My patients often feel overwhelmed, misunderstood, and are seeking a compassionate and effective approach that goes beyond routine mental health care. They have faced significant challenges in their daily lives and have not found relief. They need a safe and supportive environment where they feel heard and validated. They also need a tailored treatment plan that addresses their unique symptoms and circumstances to achieve better mental health and improve their quality of life. We focus on regaining a sense of control and stability in their lives.

During the first evaluation, we will identify goals set up a treatment plan. Psychotherapy and medications together are superior to either treatment alone. With your permission, we may collect relevant information including psychological testing, laboratory data, genetic testing, past or outside records. We look at 'the big picture' when tailoring a plan.
