I offer a comprehensive approach to mental health care. I provide personalized care that goes beyond traditional mental health treatment by combining traditional psychiatric services like psychiatric evaluations, medication management and psychotherapy with a holistic wellness approach. I believe optimal mental health requires alignment of mind, body and spirit. My goal is to empower clients to make positive changes through evidence-based treatments, integrative modalities, community support and self-care practices. I focus on healing for long term success.
One of my specialty areas is trauma and PTSD. However, I work with clients with a variety of mental health concerns including anxiety disorders, mood disorders, neurodivergence, burnout, stress, relationship issues, and behavioral concerns in children and adolescents.
