I grew up in Western Kansas and have called the Wichita area home for more than 20 years. My background includes Cardiac ICU, forensics, electrophysiology, and inpatient mental health. Across those settings, I saw how deeply stress, trauma, loss, and environment shape both the mind and body. Symptoms are not random. They tell a story.
