Whether you are struggling with the challenges of motherhood, meeting your potential in your career/school or just not feeling like yourself, please reach out so we can start your journey to wellness. I strive to treat each person I see as an individual, there is no one particular treatment plan that works for everyone so we will work together to find the best approach for you. I provide medication management as well as supportive therapy to help you reach your desired destination.
When you come to an initial visit with me you are scheduled for 90 minutes, all follow up appointments are scheduled for 30 minutes. This is because it is important for me to understand where you are coming from, where you are currently, and where you want to be in the future.
I have experience diagnosing and treating patients living with a variety of mental health conditions. I am especially passionate about working with women, as a member of Postpartum Support International, I continue to expand my knowledge to provide the most evidenced-based care specific to my patient's needs.
