About
Michelle believes that mental health encompasses more than what we think, feel, and believe. In order to improve our mental health, holistic treatment modalities are essential. She believes that when the Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner and client form a collaborative relationship with open and honest communication that one’s mental health will improved.
Over the past 5 years in Psychiatry Michelle has helped her patients heal and improve their mental health through this collaborative relationship and with the use of Cognitive Behavioral, and other therapy modalities as well as spiritual wellbeing, physical exercise and alternative therapies.
Be aware that certain treatments require an in-person visit with a prescriber. In most cases, medications are prescribed electronically and ready for you at your local pharmacy. Remember, SohoMD is a good fit if you suffer from anxiety, depression, or ADHD.
