It is my pleasure to meet you! I am a married mother of 3 daughters, 2 of whom have left the nest. I enjoy learning about other cultures, crafting, nature, and making new friends wherever I go! I am very casual, down to earth, and nonjudgmental with those I meet and care for.

My journey began many years ago with my own mental health struggles and childhood trauma. Through the years, I learned to identify how my struggles developed into the negative thoughts that led to lifelong challenges.
