My practice focuses on Integrative Medicine, the concept of Mind, Body and Spirit. Mental illness involved the whole body not just the brain. Brian health, thinking habits, diet, exercise, stress response techniques and religious believe all affecting our mood and behavior. If people knows the factors influencing their anxiety, depression, intrusive thoughts and behaviors, they will be in control of their life. Our clinic had a TMS machine, which is FDA approved for depression treatment. TMS also had off labled indications for anxiety, PTSD, addiction, ear ringing, muscle pain, headache ect.
I am a board certified psychiatrist with special training in Integrative Medicine and Addiction Psychiatry. I have over 10 years clinical experiences. Besides prescribing medications to patients with follow up treatment, I will discuss with patient about the choices of psycotherapy, diet, OTC supplements, and transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS).
I understand that life stressors could affect the mood and behavior of a human. I went through the frustrations and finally fit in the US system. It takes time to change and reach the goal. I can speak fluent English, Chinese and Cantonese. I am leaning Spanish now, I am happy to learn from people with different backgrounds, race and special groups.
