Engaging in the journey of psychotherapy can feel formidable, yet it can also be deeply transformative, freeing, and full of surprises. I specialize in psychoanalytic and psychodynamic psychotherapy, working closely with you to explore unconscious patterns and ways of relating to others. Through this work, many patients experience not only relief from symptoms but also lasting change—feeling more curious, creative, at ease, and engaged in their relationships and life goals.
Our work may also involve thoughtful and collaborative consideration of medications when appropriate. Many of my patients find that they are able to simplify existing medication regimens during our work together.
I completed medical school and psychiatry residency at the University of Pennsylvania, with advanced training in psychoanalysis, psychodynamic therapy, mood and anxiety disorders, and ADHD. I do not accept insurance but am happy to help you navigate out-of-network reimbursement.
