Dr. Thomas is a board-certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner. He received post graduate degrees from the University of Utah with training in mental health and Psychiatry. Currently Dr. Thomas is an Adjunct Faculty member at Brigham Young University. He has also provided clinical services to a number of organizations including Utah Valley Psychiatric and Counseling Clinic, Valley Mental Health and Intermountain Healthcare. Dr. Thomas also belongs to a number of professional associations related to mental health and nursing.
In addition to teaching, Dr. Thomas is a passionate advocate for TMS Therapy. Currently, he provides TMS to those struggling with treatment-resistant depression at Strive Psychiatry
Dr. Thomas is dedicated and empathetic when it comes to his patient's mental health. He respects the patience, vulnerability, and resilience he sees in his patients and enjoys helping them along the path to recovery. He currently sees patients 18 years and above.
