About
I am a child and adolescent psychiatrist who attended both my adult and child and adolescent psychiatry training in Austin, TX. I am board-certified in adult psychiatry in addition to child and adolescent psychiatry. I provide assessment and treatment of a wide range of psychiatric issues including mood disorders, anxiety disorders, developmental disorders, ADHD, and other behavioral issues. I have specific training in trauma-informed care and enjoy working with individuals and families. I like to focus on both psychotherapy and medication management approaches to help address the concerns at hand and empower the client.
I work with a range of clients, from children to older adults to help diagnose and manage various psychiatric conditions. I have additional training in working with the child and adolescent population and enjoy helping families establish a treatment plan that will have the best chance of success. I strongly believe that each client and situation is unique.
I understand how difficult it can be to access good psychiatric care. I also understand how scary it can be to consider medication options for you and your loved ones. However, things can get better and the addition of medication can be helpful in certain situations. I will work with your unique situation to help address the issues that are important to you.
