Being human comes with a variety of genetic and environmental variations that prewire our brains leading to lack of focus and inattention, depressive thoughts, anxiety, mood irregularities or neurological and developmental disorders affecting how we interact with others, communicate, learn, and behave. We all experience forms of mental health disruptions in our lifetimes from stress, grief, loss or trauma to name a few. Parent's, teenangers, families, veterans, you, me, everyone. Many people are fearful of the societal stigma of a mental health diagnosis and considering medication and therapy can be daunting. One step at a time.

I see patients from early school-aged to “old school” aged struggling with: ADHD, OCD, PANS/PANDAS, PTSD, Autism, Anxiety, Depression, Psychosis, Schizophrenia, Mood and Bipolar Disorders, Suicidal Ideation, Men, Women and Family Mental Health, Maternal Mental Health, Grief, Loss, Stress Management, Anger Management, Sleep and Eating Disorders.

I am a spouse, parent, veteran, and a fellow human. I provide safe, and judgment-free virtual Telehealth throughout Oregon. I believe in cultural humility and asking questions rather than assumptions.
