As a Psychiatrist, I focus on supporting young people and families navigating ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, Generalized Anxiety Disorder, mood disorders, and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). My passion for psychiatry grew from a deep curiosity about people and the belief that strong therapeutic relationships can be healing in their own right. I value early intervention and strive to create a safe, validating space where patients feel heard, supported, and empowered to seek care throughout their lives.

My approach centers on treating each patient as an individual while understanding their experiences within their unique developmental and environmental context.

I combine strong psychopharmacology knowledge with mindfulness-based strategies and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) techniques to strengthen emotional regulation, problem-solving skills, and stress management. I work collaboratively with patients and families to build resilience, encourage growth, and support long-term emotional and behavioral wellness.
