Dr. Hidalgo graduated from Cooper Medical School (CMSRU) in New Jersey and completed residency at Rutgers University in New Jersey. He graduated Summa Cum Laude from Fordham University. In addition to his private practice, he also supervises medical students and psychiatry residents at the City University of New York (CUNY) School of Medicine.
