I believe nutrition, exercise, and lifestyle are essential components of well-being, and I’m passionate about helping people integrate these into their mental health journey. I currently work with adults across the lifespan, and my background includes experience in outpatient care, emergency psychiatry, addiction treatment, and acute inpatient.
Regardless of the setting, one thing has always remained central to my practice: collaboration. I believe that you know more about your mental health than anyone else, and I strive to build a relationship based on mutual trust, open communication, and shared decision-making. My goal is to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where you feel heard and supported.
I hold degrees from Gonzaga University (MSN), Capella University (BSN), and Northern Arizona University (BA). Sixteen years ago, I moved to Montana to pursue my love of rock and ice climbing, and I stayed because I fell in love with the rural lifestyle and, most of all, the people.
