He has practiced in outpatient, inpatient, and community mental health settings and has experience teaching medical students and psychiatry residents. Dr. Kim is also trained in psychodynamic and psychoanalytic psychotherapy. Dr. Kim values honest, open communication and encourages self-reflection throughout treatment.
