As a former international student in the USA, I struggled with cultural and language barriers, which took a toll on my self-esteem and led to severe depression. With 20 years of experience as a nurse in mental health hospitals in both the USA and Korea, I’ve gained valuable insight into maintaining well-being in today’s fast-paced world.
