Mettle Works Behavioral Health is a full service Behavioral Health Clinic. We are staffed with a bi-lingual experienced psychiatrist as well as a group of capable and compassionate clinicians. Greif and Loss group
The Grief Support Group provides a safe, compassionate, and supportive space for individuals coping with the loss of a loved one or significant life change. This group is designed to help participants process their emotions, share their experiences, and develop healthy coping strategies in a non-judgmental environment. Through guided discussions and therapeutic activities, participants will explore the stages and individualized nature of grief, learn ways to manage overwhelming emotions, and build resilience as they adjust to life after loss.
