I am a Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center to treat patients with mental health disorders across the lifespan. I specialize in managing medications and treating mood disorders, ADHD, anxiety disorders, PTSD, and depression. My approach is grounded in a humanistic philosophy that values holistic care for mind, body, and spirit, along with personalized, culturally sensitive treatment.

Before becoming a nurse practitioner, I worked as a registered nurse in complex neuro/trauma and medical intensive care units, which enriches my ability to integrate critical care experience with talk therapy and medication management. I am bilingual in English and Amharic, enabling me to provide culturally appropriate care.

I am passionate about supporting teens and young adults struggling with self-identity and anxiety related to their uncertain future. I believe that mindset shapes behavior and that self-awareness, self-control, and self-improvement are essential for mental wellness.
