Hello, My name is Merit Nwosu, I'm a Psychiatric Mental health NP with over 10 years of healthcare experience. I specializes in supporting adolescents and adults who are navigating the challenges of Anxiety, Depression, Trauma, PTSD, Bipolar Disorder, ADD/ADHD, Sleep disturbances, Eating disorders, Schizophrenia, SUD and Alcohol Use Disorder. Our philosophy goes beyond medication alone. We take a holistic approach to mental health that includes the thoughtful use of supplements, vitamins, nutrition, and exercise

In addition to medication management, we incorporate evidence-based psychotherapy, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Conflict Resolution, Motivational Interviewing, Psychoeducation, Emotional Focused Therapy to support individuals and couples during life transitioning phase.
