Hi! My name is Meredith West and I'm a Board-Certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner dedicated to providing compassionate and holistic mental health care. I deeply value the importance of active listening and understanding each person's journey. If you aren't sure where to start, aren't sure about taking medication, or if you feel stuck and like you've "tried everything," we can spend time working through past treatments and come up with a plan to move forward. My approach is characterized by warmth, empathy, and a commitment to comprehensive care that addresses your spiritual, mental and physical health.

I specialize in working with women and individuals AFAB, who have previously been told "it's just your hormones" or "you're too emotional." We can discuss further to see if an ADHD diagnosis is appropriate. I also treat anxiety, mood disorders and PTSD. Please note that a diagnosis of ADHD can be complicated and may require multiple visits to complete.

I practice with a focus on collaboration and teamwork. We will work together to identify underlying issues and develop personalized treatment plans that support holistic well-being. In our sessions, I provide a nurturing and non-judgmental environment where you can explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences freely.
