Hi! My name is Meredith West and I'm a Board-Certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner dedicated to providing compassionate and holistic mental health care. I deeply value the importance of active listening and understanding each person's journey. If you aren't sure where to start, aren't sure about taking medication, or if you feel stuck and like you've "tried everything," we can spend time working through past treatments and come up with a plan to move forward. My approach is characterized by warmth, empathy, and a commitment to comprehensive care that addresses your spiritual, mental and physical health.
I specialize in working with women and AFAB to rule out many diagnoses, taking into account the impact of hormones on mental health and the possibility of late-diagnosed ADHD. Please note that a diagnosis of ADHD can be complicated and the assessment may require multiple visits to complete. I also treat anxiety, mood disorders and PTSD.
I practice with a focus on collaboration and teamwork. We will work together to identify underlying issues and develop personalized treatment plans that support holistic well-being. In our sessions, I provide a nurturing and non-judgmental environment where you can explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences freely.
