My own journey in healthcare began as an ICU nurse in 2013, and those years taught me the profound connection between the mind and body, and the importance of addressing both to achieve true healing. I am here to walk with you in navigating the complexities of mental health through an individualized and holistic lens.
I provide Psychotropic Medication Management and Functional Medicine (FM) interventions. FM works to identify and address underlying biological contributors—such as inflammation, gut health, and essential nutrient imbalances, rather than focusing only on symptoms or pre-determined labels. My approach blends conventional Psychiatry with FM.
You do not have to endure suffering alone. Achieving mental wellness and wholeness is a collaborative effort between you, your clinician, and the world. My ultimate goal is to help patients live life more fully, and to help alleviate persistent suffering. Persons of all backgrounds are welcome.
