I am a Nurse Practitioner who specializes in a broad range of mental health conditions. I am passionate about addressing patients holistically, as our brain health is largely impacted by not only genetic factors but lifestyle factors. I offer psychotropic medication management, supportive psychotherapy, and lifestyle guidance.

You do not have to endure suffering alone. Achieving mental wellness, achieving wholeness, is a collaborative effort between you and your clinician, as well as between you and the world. My ultimate goal is to help patients live life more fully, and to help alleviate needless suffering. Persons of all backgrounds are welcome.
