I am Mercy Ngeusang, a Doctor of Nursing Practice, a Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner-Board Certified. I practice in the states of Texas, Oregon, and Washington. I work with anything mental health, with experiences from the best psychiatric hospitals in all practice states, in different settings like emergency, ICU, long-term care, school settings, med-surge settings, dealing with child, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics.
Having had the opportunity to work with diverse mental health issues, i know for sure that the best approach that works is that of patient centered care. Mental health is not one size fits all. I tailor my treatment to provide individualized care.
I belong to the Honor Society of Leadership and Success. I participate in different associations / organizations in representing the vulnerable and minorities with mental disabilities, while educating others on mental health issues through social media as well. In my leisure time, I love spending time with my family and friends.
