I am a dual board certified Psychiatric and Family Nurse practitioner. I provide diagnosis and medication management for depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, attention deficit disorder, PTSD, OCD, and more. These visits include brief psychotherapy. I offer extended hours and weekend hours to accommodate varying schedules. I am also a veteran and understand the unique needs of this population. I am also an Ericksonian trained hypnotherapist, and I am trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy for trauma. I treat individuals age 5 to adults
I am a Veteran, minority, and female operated office that helps individuals to overcome obstacles. The cognitive piece helps you identify and organize your thoughts, and a behavioral piece that includes learning how to make choices that move you closer to your personal vision. I am easy to talk to, empathetic, and understanding.
