Patients receiving care through Mental Wellness and Relationship Services will receive quality care and individualized treatment plans. We are a group of board certified psychiatric and certified nurse practitioners who specialize in psychiatric mental health and addiction medication. Our providers collaborate with mental health counselors to ensure each patient is receiving adequate care through additional supports in the community.
The team of PMHNP's at MWRS have extensive experience in all areas of mental health care. Each provider is dedicated to helping improve the lives of each patient they work alongside.
All Patients will have access to a secure client portal online to meet with their provider. Our providers take a holistic approach when working with patients and take time to get to know each patient and work through their treatment goals. Patients will receive quality care and will feel trusted and supported in their relationship with our providers.
