I'm a dedicated psychiatric nurse practitioner based in Arizona. With a rich background in education and special interests in ADHD, anxiety, and perinatal mental health, I take a holistic approach to care for individuals across the lifespan. Intake appointments are 60 minutes and follow-ups are 30 minutes, so you have time to fully share your experiences, needs, and goals. To make care more accessible, I offer evening and weekend appointments via telehealth. I want to get to know you, and your pets too! Most of all, I want to hear you, because you deserve to be heard and understood.
I focus on being compassionate, understanding and trauma informed. I believe in the benefits of medication while also incorporating alternative and complementary treatments, tailoring each patient's care to their unique needs. When addressing mental health, collaboration is key. Navigating the psychiatric world can be overwhelming; I am here to help!
My years of working with parents, children, and teens sparked a deep passion for perinatal and pediatric mental health. I also have extensive experience supporting people with ADHD, anxiety, and neurodivergent minds. My goal is to create a space where you feel supported, not judged.
