Hello,
I am a psychiatric nurse practitioner serving the Inland Northwest. I have over 20 years' experience with psychiatric care serving adults ages 18-100. I provide psychiatric assessments, diagnostic evaluations and medication when needed. My patients are always my top priority. I focus on understanding and knowing you and your goals. I am interested in helping you to become more empowered as you discover your own true self. I use a holistic and evidence-based approach to help you find a treatment that meets your needs.
I offer mindful meditation and other techniques to help you manage stress and anxiety. I am interested in integrating your personal experiences and cultural perspectives as you discover a better quality of life. Life can be challenging. We cannot always control what will happen to us, but we can chose how we will respond.
