I am double board certified in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry and General (Adult) Psychiatry. I specialize in the care of children, teens, and young adults with mental health concerns including ADHD, autism, anxiety, depression, OCD, and stress. I serve families from all backgrounds, religions, ethnicities, genders, and sexual orientations. I believe that care should center around the patient and family, using evidence-based practices which may include recommendations for medication and/or psychotherapy. I enjoy a collaborative approach that includes working with families, schools, and other members of the treatment team.
I hold a Bachelor's and Master's degree from Michigan State University. I completed medical school at Wayne State University School of Medicine, followed by residency in Psychiatry at Henry Ford Health System and fellowship in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry at the University of Michigan.
