I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with advanced training in the assessment and treatment of mental health conditions across the lifespan. Prior to becoming a psychiatric nurse practitioner, I spent many years as a Psych RN as well. I provide evidence-based, compassionate, holistic care with a focus on medication management and supportive therapy. Clinical specialties include mood disorders, anxiety, ADHD, and trauma-related conditions. I strive to create a collaborative, judgment-free space where clients feel heard and empowered in their care.
During the initial evaluation, we review your medical and psychiatric history and identify current concerns, prioritizing those that most significantly impact your daily functioning. Together, we will develop an individualized treatment plan grounded in functional goals to clearly and realistically define what clinical improvement looks like for each patient
Progress is measured by improvements in coping, daily functioning, and overall quality of life. For some patients, symptom reduction may be sufficient to meet treatment goals, while for others, success may be defined differently based on individual needs and circumstances.
