I have been working in behavioral health support in the greater Lansing area for nearly 20 years. I have been supporting folks as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner for more than three years, after many years in community inclusion support and both acute and outpatient psychiatric nurse roles.
It is essential to me that I meet each person who seeks support where they are at, and partner to improve feelings of wellness and balance.
I use a rehabilitative model of care, with overarching goals of healing and improved functioning to reach personal goals.
I am passionate about dialectical approaches, the concept of neutrality, health at every size, and mindfulness practices.
