I specialize in Depression, OCD, & ADHD through holistic psychiatry, caring for body, mind, heart, and spirit within the relational field, the community, and the cycles and beauty of nature. We are designed for interconnectedness, but we were not always given a healthy model for meaningful connection. My prescribing, therapy, and groups are informed by Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy, Relational Somatic Healing, Psychedelic-Assisted Therapy, Integrative Women’s Health Certification Program with Dr. Szal, and some of my traditional wisdom teachers from the Zapotec, Cree Nation, Japanese and Celtic lineages.
Balanced, thoughtful approaches to medications and in-person ketamine-assisted therapy are seen in the context of your stage of life, new evidence about hormones, the attention demands of fast-paced lives, diet, depth of self-knowledge, and more. Medications do not work on a one-size-fits-all plan, and most of my patients work toward goals of no medications.
While in past years I have treated severe eating disorders and personality disorders, I do not treat those conditions in this part of my practice, I do offer unique care options for individuals going through major life changes, suffering severe depression and OCD, issues of focus and performance, minor-attracted persons, and hoarding/clutter concerns.
