Over the last 13 years, I have gained experience treating children, adolescents & adults in the inpatient, residential, private practice, emergency department, and community mental health settings. My approach to mental health & psychiatric services is holistic in nature. Although I offer treatment to a wide variety of mental health disorders, I specialize in psychiatric treatment for attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, premenstrual dysphoric disorder, major depressive disorder & generalized anxiety disorder.
The primary demographic I serve is the LGBTQ+ community, as I am a part of the community. I specialize in general psychiatry and occasionally include CBT within sessions. My style leans towards motivational interviewing. I offer psychoeducation and resources for alternative treatments (e.g. ketamine, TMS, psilocybin) when appropriate.
