2025 - Current openings! As a psychiatric NP, I specialize in supporting people through life transitions. With a background a Nurse Midwife, I have special interest in serving clients who are pregnant, postpartum, experiencing perinatal loss or fertility challenges, or affected by hormonal changes. I bring a comprehensive understanding of reproductive and physical health to assist clients in weighing options for care and building a treatment plan that is consistent with their goals and values.
I integrate education, transparency, shared decision-making, and humor when meeting with clients. While I offer med management, I believe that meds are only one of the available tools, as behavioral and lifestyle changes are important for sustainable well-being. I offer med management with or without brief therapy but cannot offer stand-alone weekly therapy.
I welcome new clients ages 18-60 in Oregon and Washington. I have experience treating people of all genders for most mental health concerns, especially depression, anxiety, panic, OCD, and sleep disorders. My other areas of focus include the intersections of mental health with relationship changes/divorce, sports performance, illness/injury, and grief.
