I work with adults ages 18 and older struggling with Anxiety, Panic disorder, ADHD, OCD, Depression, as well as, a several other psychiatric diagnoses. I offer concierge style of approach, my treatment plans are individual to your needs and treatment goals. I am open and supportive of a holistic approach to achieving wellness, with the options to utilize medication management when necessary. I will require a screening assessment prior to initial intake. I am an provider with CIGNA, OSCAR, BC/BS, AETNA, United Heath, Oxford ONLY. No community plans are accepted. Private pay is accepted.
I provide patients with brief CBT, supportive therapy, and solution-focused care, as well as medication management. I have a true passion for my work. I have a broad clinical background that allows me to provide care for a diverse population and expertise in multiple psychiatric disorders.
