In the first visit, we will begin with a warm and nonjudgmental dialogue focusing on developing a treatment plan. Plans may include traditional psychiatric medication and/or non-pharmacologic complementary approaches. We will continue with your treatment plan in follow up visits, always reassessing your goals and progress towards your personal healing.
