I am passionate about providing mental health medication management to adult clients living with anxiety, depression and as trauma survivors. I have 11 years of experience practicing as a psychiatric nurse practitioner. Before that I was a critical care registered nurse who worked in the ICU and ER for 8 years. I am non-judgmental, empathic, kind, and I know how to talk with and treat other people. My style is client-centered where I function as a guide to help you find a sustainable medication regimen to help you feel your best. I absolutely love what I do. :)
I offer expertise in mental health medication management for clients who want a psychiatric specialist's guidance or who have already tried several medications that haven't helped. I am a Health at Every Size (HAES) provider.
