The Living Healthy Group at Bridgetown Recovery & Mental Health Services is conducted by licensed therapists and addresses the identification of protective factors which sustain long term recovery from relapse of chemical addiction and co-occurring mental health symptoms. Join our experienced therapists as you learn the tools to Live Healthy and thrive in your recovery. Assessment of triggers, cues to relapse, methods to address emerging or increased symptoms, managing daily stressors and creating an individual support plan are all included for group members.
