With four years of adult-gerontology psychiatry experience, she specializes in anxiety, depression, mood disorders, ADHD, and trauma in adults 18+. Passionate about providing evidence-based, compassionate care, Helen is dedicated to serving patients from diverse backgrounds, particularly those in underserved communities. Helen champions patient empowerment, guiding her patients to take control of their health and emotional wellbeing.

Integrated Health & Wellness Services (IHAWS) focuses on providing services to individuals and families struggling with mental illness including substance use. We provide services to children, adolescents and adults.
