Stress and anxiety are major contributing causes in 85% of medical and emotional illness, usually because of past and unresolved trauma. Psychotherapy rather than medication offers a way out of the otherwise hopeless chaos of anxiety states or stress induced physical illness. My practice specializes in short and long term psychotherapy of anxiety and stress. Medication management may not be included. Treatment in my practice aims at helping you become more resilient and to get your life under better control.

Stress management for cancer diagnosis patients
Stress is a major facter in he origing and course of cancer diease. Psychological training in stress rduction can have significant benefits for patients with this diagnosis in terms of reduction of anxiety, pain, insomnia and related issues. THe group will meet once a week for an hour. To insure enough individual attention, enrollment will be 10 paticipants,. This is a public service and will be free of charge.
