In the past 3 years, she has intensively trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy with Beck Institute, Philadelphia. She believes in helping patients by combining CBT, DBT and mindfulness skills.
She did her residency in psychiatry from St. Vincent's Medical Center of North Richmond Staten Island, New York. Currently, Dr. Goyal is taking Aetna and Blue Cross Blue Shield insurance only.
