I am a physician specialized in providing psychiatric care to children,adolescents,teens and adults. Through my practice I address a wide range of mental heath issues, including Depression,Bipolar Disorder, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder and Anxiety Disorders.
Mental health concerns are often debilitating, resulting in disruption in an individual's daily life. Depending upon the diagnosis and the age of the patient, these disorders can present in many varied ways. What may add to the difficulties that patients face is the potential stigma associated with mental health issues in the community.
I provide a supportive, understanding and safe environment for patients to discuss their difficulties. I am a firm believer that adequate time needs to be spent, during psychiatric treatment to ensure the best possible chance for a good outcome. I adopt a collaborative approach, ensuring that my patients are informed and involved throughout treatment.
