I use medications & therapy in conjunction with one another. I also have a background working in Complementary and Alternative Medicine. My goal is to help people experiencing a variety of life challenges to be their best. To accomplish that goal, I use a holistic approach to treat the whole person (mental, emotional, physical, professional and spiritual) listening to you, and discussing with you the best options to reach your goals. If medications are needed, I can prescribe them. I work with ages 8 & older. I am currently accepting new patients. Having worked at the VA for 5 years, and the wife of a retired USAF Msgt, I am familiar with the unique struggles of our military and their families. I have more than 10 years of nursing experience in mental health with a variety of disorders. Whether you are experiencing a new or longstanding challenge, I believe that together, we can find a solution.
